Refund policy
Collectibles such as pins will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. However, if you believe you received an incorrect item or an item in error, then please contact us at diablopins77@gmail.com to arrange a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
